We are pleased to offer a Virtual Conference Registration this year for those that are unable to attend in person. (But it’s available for purchase to everyone!)
2. Pre-Conference Immersion Session:
The Immersion is purchased in addition to the Main Conference Registration.
Please feel free to bring your own lunch, however, if you would like to purchase a lunch for the Immersion, please specify ‘Yes’ when adding the Immersion to your cart.
3. Meal Options:
A total of six (6) buffet-style meals will be served during the Conference with well-labeled gluten and dairy-free options available at every meal.
(1) Meal on Wednesday, November 4th
(3) Meals on Thursday, November 5th
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
(2) Meals on Friday, November 6th
There are TWO options for purchasing meals: (1) a conference meal ticket good for ALL meals –or– if you are only coming during the day, an Add-On Lunch option. You are welcome to bring your own food & drink. Refrigeration and a microwave are available for use.
4. Lodging Options:
For those looking to stay overnight, we have hotel-style and dorm-style lodging options available. *NOTE: Each hotel room will have a minimum of two (2) occupants. If you would like to pay for single occupancy, please select that option.
5. Refund Policy:
1. Refunds will be processed for any reason up through Tuesday, October 20th, minus a 10% administration fee.
2. No refunds after October 20th, due to our venue’s payment policy. However, registration is completely transferable to another person – please contact us to arrange that option.
